Jaime is assigned to bring back scientist Doctor Arlo Kelso and his son Sandor from behind the Iron Curtain. However, during the rescue attempt, Sandor becomes frightened, and has to be left behind. Having ensured that Doctor Kelso is safe, Jaime returns for Sandor, but the mission becomes overly-complicated when the boy reveals that he is in love with her.
